Task / project description
Integration and Cloud Architect. As a part of the Tryg NextTech consolidation program, design and implement the cloud integrations for a new Nordic Sanction Screening solution, including the Sweet Systems CRM & API Automation on Azure cloud and the Dun & Bradstreet RACI on AWS cloud.

Responsibilities / actions
- Overall integration and cloud architecture, including the Single Sign-On (SSO) to support the three IdPs.
- Detailed design of the IBM API Connect and IBM ACE integrations services needed to support the solution business flows.
- Lead the integration development team, implementing and deploying the services, and coordinating releases with Sweet Systems and Tryg backend.
Results / achievements
Implemented the solution cloud, SSO, and integrations for the Tryg backend solutions, as well as onboarding the first Tryg consumer systems.
PenSam – Copenhagen (DK) / 2024 – 2025
Task / project description
Enterprise and Solution Architect. Define and establish a new IT Architecture team, incl. definitions of roles & responsibilities, initial reference architecture, architectural principles, as well as process and procedures, to be implemented after a major outsourcing agreement is implemented. Design and implement several minor cloud-based solutions.

Tryg Insurance – Nordic / 2021 – 2024
Task / project description
Lead Solution Architect. Design, implement, and transition of the Tryg Affinity business to the new core insurance solution, built on the Guidewire InsuranceSuite SaaS cloud. See previous task/project.

- Define the solution and integration architecture for the target platform, in close collaboration with Tryg Enterprise Architecture, the Tryg Integration team, and integrated solution teams.
- Identify the transition roadmap for partner and policy migration, maintaining availability for the old as well as the new solution.
- Implement the Affinity Guidewire InsuranceSuite in the AWS cloud, the security and network setup, as well as integrations to existing Tryg solutions and Affinity partner solutions in the Nordics and Germany.
Results / achievements
Established the project organization to design, implement, and maintain the Affinity transition to the new insurance platform. Implement the first five-six releases of the solution, integrations, data migration, and transition.

Virgin Atlantic Airlines – London (UK) / 2019

As Virgin Atlantic is a sub-brand of the Delta Airlines operated on a common AEC, the AEM architecture was extended to be a multi-territory and multi-brand solution.
Nordea Bank – Nordic / 2016 – 2018
Task / project description
Lead Enterprise Architect at the Nordea Core Banking project, design and implement a new end-to-end integration test environment, and interfacing the legacy applications needed to fulfill all test capabilities. Nordea aims to consolidate applications from four countries into common Nordic platforms.

All major midrange integration products from Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Redhat Linux, hosting ESBs and databases in virtual server parks. Mainframe environments on two hardware platforms (IBM zSeries and HP Non-stop) in four countries. Collaboration tools: MS Teams, Jira/Confluence from Atlassian.
Responsibilities / actions
- Established the overall environment architecture and project methodology, enterprise strategy alignment, development of project architecture artifact templates, and architect team lead.
- One new common integration test environment cross; four countries, four application consolidation programs, and about 250 legacy applications on distributed and centralized platforms.

Lead Account Architect; working with enterprise reference architecture modeling, consolidation, and simplification, as well as bid & proposals.

- The reference architecture modeling consists of an assessment of the entire enterprise landscape building the as-is picture and working with the client architect strategy board to develop the to-be model.
- Bit & proposals were created in collaboration with Oracle and Accenture Foundation Platform for Oracle (AFPO) for database, WebLogic, and SOA/OSB upgrades.
Results / achievements
Established a holistic architecture overview for Tryg to update their IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
Tryg Insurance – Copenhagen (DK), Bergen (NO) / 2015 – 2016
Task / project description
Technical Project Manager for Digitalization of Tryg (DoT) program, implemented Trygs first self-service portal for buying and maintaining private customer insurances.

Tridion CMS, Java, Oracle WebLogic, Maven and Jenkins.
Responsibilities / actions
- The solution was designed for continuous delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps and built as micro services with continuous improvement of automated code generation and deployment.
- The services were developed in Java deployed on Oracle WebLogic and controlled/automated by Maven and Jenkins.
Results / achievements
The agile team delivery was optimized from sprint to sprint, establishing automated core code generation, increasing team velocity, and decreasing bugs. The two last sprints no bugs were found from the QA team. Tryg received an award for the most digital insurance company in Denmark thanks to the DoT program.

Solution Architect, Customer Service (CS) Advisory tool was developed for Telenors Radical Simplification Program, to help consolidate their subscription portfolio.

- Design and implement a recommendation engine to select the best fitting subscriptions for customers, based on their current individual use and behavior.
- Implement the CS Advisory tool as a multi-channel solution for web, email, CS agents, and shop assistants.
- Feedback the recommendation history to the CS CRM solution.
Results / achievements
Telenor consolidated their subscription portfolio from 1500 to 15 and guided their customers to the best fitting subscription. The CS Advisory tool was presented at the Adobe Summit – Digital Marketing Conference in London May 2014
